All genuine demands of people will be redressed: Randhawa

JAMMU, Sept 6: Under his public outreach programme, Former Member Legislative Council (MLC), Vikram Randhawa today conducted tour to Channi Himmat Sector 7 Extension (Chinar Enclave) and Deeli areas and listened to the issues highlighted by the residents.
The residents raised the issue of defunct street lights viz lanes and drains.
Randhawa who gave patient hearing to the people immediately called up JMC authorities and directed them to repair all defunct street lights. Randhawa also spoke to the PWD authorities for immediate repair of the lanes and drains for mitigating the grievances of the people.
He further said that BJP is committed to deliver development at the doorsteps of the people and the slogan of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi ‘Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas’ would be fulfilled by reaching out to people. He said that without reaching out to the people one cannot win the trust of the people.
He assured the public that all their genuine demands particularly pertaining to basic amenities would be redressed.
“Making Gandhi Nagar a model constituency and Jammu a smart city is my dream and I would not leave no stone unturned to make this dream come true”, Randhawa added.
The locals present on the occasion assured full support to the BJP.
