JAMMU, Dec 1: A delegation of office bearers of All India Jammu And Kashmir Bank Officers Organization (AIJKBOO) under the leadership of its President Raghubir Singh Jamwal met with the Chairman and MD of the bank RK Chhibber here and apprised him about the ideological basis of formation of the officers organization.
President informed the Chairman that AIJKBOO will endeavor for introduction of transparent and system driven HR policies under his leadership so that the officers should work stress free with prime focus on betterment of the institution.
Chairman gave very patient hearing to the delegation and assured that the bank is back on the path of progress depicting positive half yearly financial results and is optimistic that the financial results would continue to surge up in the coming quarters.
He told the delegation that career progression process will start soon in the hierarchical verticals of the bank. He extended best wishes to the organization to work for betterment of officers and bank.
President assured Chairman RK Chhibber that AIJKBOO will work for the growth of the institution under his leadership.
The delegation presented the Chairman with portrait of Maharaja Hari Singh, founder of the J&K Bank and vowed to carry forward the legacy of visionary Maharaja through the functioning and programs of AIJKBOO.
The delegation comprised of Raghubir Singh Jamwal, Sunil Abrol, Dewaker Bakarwal, Ravinder Singh, Mukesh Kumar, Rohit Langeh, Kulbir Singh, Nitin Suri and Vikas Khajuria.
