JAMMU, June 3: AIIMS Coordination Committee today warned that people would stage dharnas in front of houses of Ministers and MLAs in case they failed to assuage the feelings of Jammuites.
Addressing a joint press conference, the representatives of Chamber of Commerce, Transporters, Retailers Association and several other social organizations said, “the people of Jammu province are fed up with the discriminatory policies and they are no longer prepared to swallow any kind of injustice”.
They warned the Government that things would go out of hand in case it continued to adopt step-motherly attitude towards the people of Jammu province. He said that in case Government failed to assuage the hurt feeling of Jammu, the next step would be dharnas in front of houses of Ministers and MLAs and their gherao.
