JAMMU, Apr 24: ASCOMS Employees Welfare Association (AEWA) will go on pen down strike with effect from April 26 (Monday).
This was shared by AEWA in a hand out issued today. The Association said that the management of ASCOMS management has betrayed it even after signing MoU with it in August 2019 wherein it was agreed by the latter that all the demands of the Association will be disposed off before December 2019.
“Despite several meetings, management of ASCOMS has put all our demands at bay, thus forcing us to take resort to strike which we were trying our best to avoid,” the Association said. It, however, added that dialysis unit shall be allowed to function smoothly during the strike.
