RAJOURI, Mar 19: Two accused persons wanted in attack on Principal of Thannamandi Govt Higher Secondary School have been arrested by police.
Principal of Government School in Thannamandi was assaulted on road two days ago near Behrote village after which injured was hospitalised.
Taking note of the issue and on the basis of complaint submitted by victim, a Case FIR No. 14/2019 under sections 307, 323, 341 RPCs was registered in Police Station, Thannamandi.
In order to nab the assailants, team of police headed by SHO Thannamandi Javed Malik under the supervision of SDPO Thannamandi Mohammad Sidiq raided multiple locations and succeeded in arrest of two accused identified as Orangzeb, son of Mohammad Sarwar and Mohammad Saqib, son of Nazar Hussain, residents of Behrote village of Thannamandi. Further investigation into the matter was going on.
