JAMMU, Oct 2: A victim of road accident today succumbed to his injuries here at Government Medical College and Hospital.
According to police spokesperson, a man identified as Ravi Kumar (40) son of Chelu Ram, resident of Kashmiri Mohalla (Akhnoor), was shifted here at GMCH yesterday after he received serious injuries in a road mishap at Punnu Chowk, Akhnoor.
“However, the man succumbed to his injuries today at about 9.40 am”, the spokesman said, adding, after conducting postmortem the body of the deceased handed over to his legal heirs for last rites.
The concerned police has taken cognizance of the matter.
