JAMMU, Dec 7: Pending Shopkeepers Association today called on Relief and Rehabilitation Commissioner, R K Pandita and discussed allotment of newly constructed shops at Jagti with him.
The Relief Commissioner assured the delegation that the CID verifications have been completed and shops will be allotted to those shopkeepers who were running their shops at erstwhile camps such as Muthi, Purkhoo, Mishriwala and Nagrota.
The Association has made an appeal to Government that the shops be allotted within one week.
The delegation comprises of P L Pandita, Manoj Tickoo, Ashok Kumar Reshi, Manoj Ganjoo, C L Koul, B L Marhata, A K Tickoo, D K Raina, and N K Koul.
