The feel of Government

Sir,
The autumn season is in  its middle  and winter is approaching signaling that the prices of vegetables should at least stabilize. It is surprising that none of the vegetable vendors exhibit the rate list of their veg. items and charge whatever they wish. Kadam being sold at Rs.60 to Rs. 80. Giya selling at Rs. 40 and green beans at Rs. 80 a kilo must be for reasons other than natural, rains, floods, earthquakes, and all other excuses.
It appears that the sense and the feeling of the Government is neither felt nor appearing to be felt. The excuse that the State Government is so called very busy with flood and allied matters in Kashmir is all farther from the truth. Festivals are set in, adulterated milk is being supplied throughout the city with impunity.
On the one hand, the prices of the milk and the milk products have been hiked very much but milk and cheese are all adulterated. Government is mute, silent  and nonexistent, it appears.
Yours etc….
