JAMMU, May 2: BSP leaders here today launched a campaign to strengthen party’s organizational structure at the Assembly, sector and booth levels.
A review meeting for Kathua Assembly Constituency was held in this regard today where discussions were held regarding strengthening the party at Assembly, sector and booth levels and directives were issued to the party leaders and workers to undertake a fresh review of the newly formed committees.
The meeting was chaired by Darshan Rana, BSP J&K president while BSP Central In-charge, Daya Chand, attended as chief guest.
Daya Chand said that BSP is continuously conducting review meetings at Assembly level.
He said, as the next Assembly elections in J&K are scheduled for 2029, the party leaders and workers must work with utmost sincerity and responsibility in the interim period to fortify the party.
Earlier, addressing the meeting, Darshan Rana said that there is a pressing need to constitute new units at the sector and booth levels to ensure that the party policies reach the common people.
BSP State coordinator, Sunil Majotra; general secretary, Raja Singh, J&K UT secretary, Raman Kumar, secretary, Sandeep Majotra, district president, Bansilal, and district secretary, Loknath were also present in the meeting.
