POONCH, Apr 28: At least seven persons were injured in a road accident in Dubjan area on Mughal Road on Thursday.
Official sources said that a Tempo Traveller bearing registration No. JK01S-2348, over turned on the road near Dubjan on Mughal Road resulting in injuries to seven persons. The injured passengers were immediately shifted to District Hospital, Shopian.
The injured persons were identified as Maryam (6), daughter of Mohammad Reyaz; Saima Kounser (15), daughter of late Zameer Awaan; Naweed Awaan (13), son of Late Zameer Awaan; Sofia Akhter (12), daughter of Mohammad Younis Awaan; Amjid Khan (15), son of Mohammad Younis Awaan; Mohammad Yousuf Khan (60), son of Shakeel Ahmad Khan and Shakeela Begum. The police has taken cognizance of the matter.
