JAMMU, Apr 9: The Government has ordered placement of 42 Junior scale KAS and officers of departmental feeding services in the Time Scale and subsequently ordered transfer and postings of 51 officers.
According to the order, the 42 Junior Scale KAS officers and officers of different departmental feeding services placed in the Time Scale of Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service on stop gap basis are Gurdev Kumar, Parvaiz Ahmad Naik, Najwan Nazki, Shurjeel Ali Naiku, Mir Zahida, Ajaz Ahmad Bhat, Shabir Ahmad Wani, Suahil-ul-Islam, Sartaj Hussain, Zaheer Ahmad Kaifi, Harpal Singh, Shavi, Sanchi Misra, Mantasa Binti Rashid, Shafiq Ahmad, Javed Naseem Masoodi, Parvaiz Rahim, Zakir Hussain, Mudasir Ahmad, Mohsin Raza, Deebah Khalid Peer, Aijaz Ahmad Shah, Bashir Ahmad Lone, Gulzar Ahmad Rather, Athar Amin Zargar, Sanna Khan, Parvinder Kour, Manu Hansa, Nasir Mehmood Khan, Ahsanul Haq Chisti, Surinder Lal Bhagat, Avtar Singh Lakhanpuria, Johar Ali, Javaid Ahmad Reshi, Umesh Sharma, Mohammad Yaqub Malik, Sukriti Gupta, Masooda Akhter, Parvesh Kumari, Parveen Akhter, Mohammad Arshad Khan and Abhay Ram Gupta.
Meanwhile, Reyaz Ahmad Shah, Deputy Director, Tourism Kashmir has been transferred and posted as Chief Executive Officer Urban Development Agency Kashmir, while Narinder Kour, Collector Jammu Development Authority was transferred and posted as Deputy Director, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Jammu and Virender Kumar Manyal, Deputy Director Urban Local Bodies Jammu has been transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary Social Welfare Department.
Pardeep Kumar, Deputy District Election Officer Doda has been transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary Information Department, while Fareed Ahmad Kohli, Custodian Trade Facilitation Centre Chakan Da Bagh was transferred and posted as Development Officer, Handicrafts (Textiles) Jammu and Kulraj Singh, Deputy Director, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Jammu has been transferred and posted as Collector, 220 KV Power Development Department Jammu.
Vishavjeet Singh, Deputy Director, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Jammu has been transferred and placed at the disposal of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board for further posting, while Kusum Chib, Deputy District Election Officer Udhampur was transferred and posted as Collector Jammu Development Authority and Javed Iqbal, Sub Divisional Magistrate Marwah, holding additional charge of Sub Registrar Marwah has been transferred and posted as Deputy Director Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Jammu.
Gurdev Kumar, BDO Padder Kishtwar has been transferred and posted as General Manager, DIC Reasi, while Parvaiz Ahmad Naik, HQA to Deputy Commissioner Ramban has been transferred and posted as Sub Registrar Chenani and Najwan Nazki, State Taxes Officer, Solina Srinagar has been transferred and posted as Deputy Director (Administration) in the Directorate of Social Welfare Kashmir.
Shurjeel Ali Naiku, Assistant Director, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Pulwama has been transferred and posted as Deputy Director, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Kashmir, Zahida, Assistant Director, Handloom Budgam has been transferred and posted as Development Officer Handicrafts (Textiles) Kashmir and Ajaz Ahmad Bhat, Assistant Director (Registration) in the Directorate of Tourism Kashmir has been transferred and posted as Sub Divisional Magistrate Lolab.
Shabir Ahmad Wani, Functional Manager DIC Pulwama has been transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary Horticulture Department, while Suhail-ul-Islam, Project Manager DIC Srinagar has been transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary, Department of Forest, Ecology and Environment and Sartaj Hussain, Technical PA in the Industries and Commerce Department has been posted as Deputy Secretary, Industries and Commerce Department.
Zaheer Ahmad Kaifi, Assistant Director, CAPD Jammu Rural-II has been transferred and posted as Custodian Trade Facilitation Centre Chakan-Da-Bagh, Harpal Singh, Functional Manager Ramban has been transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner in the Anti Corruption Bureau J&K and Shavi, Assistant Director, Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Jammu Rural-I Deputy District Election Officer Udhampur.
Sanchi Misra, Functional Manager DIC Jammu has been transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner in the State Taxes Department Jammu, while Mantasa Binti Rashid, Functional Manager DIC Srinagar has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Srinagar Development Authority and Shafiq Ahmad, Project Manager DIC Poonch has been transferred and posted as Deputy Director, District Employment and Counselling Centre Rajouri.
Javed Naseem Masoodi, Assistant Director, Handicrafts Kulgam has been transferred and posted as Sub Registrar Srinagar (East), while Parvez Rahim, Assistant Director, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Srinagar (South) has been transferred and posted as General Manager DIC Bandipora and Zakir Hussain, Assistant Director, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Kathua has been transferred and posted as Deputy District Election Officer Reasi.
Mudasir Ahmad, Assistant Director Handicrafts Baramulla has been transferred and posted as Sub Divisional Magistrate Gurez and will also hold the additional charge of the post of Sub Registrar Gurez till further orders, while Mohsin Raza, Functional Manager, DIC Kishtwar has been transferred and posted as Sub Divisional Magistrate Marwah and Deebah Khalid Peer, Project Manager, DIC Srinagar has been transferred and posted as Deputy Director Handicrafts J&K.
Aijaz Ahmad Shah, BDO BK Pora has been transferred and posted as Deputy Director Urban Local Bodies Kashmir, while Bashir Ahmad Lone, State Taxes Officer, State Taxation Department Srinagar has been transferred and posted as Sub Divisional Magistrate Sumbal and Gulzar Ahmad Rather, CDPO Khansahib has been transferred and posted as Collector, Public Works (R&B) Department Srinagar.
