3-day orientation program for KV teachers concludes

JAMMU, Sept 15: Organized by Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) Jammu Region, the three-day orientation program of teachers as a part of their preparation for International Student Assessment, 2021, concluded on Saturday.
Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan has been selected by Ministry of Human Resource to make the students participation for PISA test in year 2021. The 3-day workshop was conducted as per the guidelines of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan New Delhi under the leadership of Deputy Commissioner Dr D Manjunath, Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, Jammu Region, guided by D P Patel Assistant Commissioner.
The program commenced on September 12 by guiding notes of Deputy Commissioner, and during the program the innovative practices of teaching science with fun, creating comic creature and mind maps were organized. The team of 55 teachers from 28 Kendriya Vidyalayas of Jammu Region participated and detailed literature on PISA test was prepared to assist the students during the academic transactions in classroom boundary.
