UDHAMPUR, Oct 1: Manwal police rescued two bovine animals and arrested two bovine smugglers from the spot, today.
A police spokesman said that, on specific inputs, police team from Manwal police post headed by SI Ashok Sharma incharge police post, Manwal launched a special naka near Manwal and rescued two oxen from the possession of Vijay Kumar, son of Shunku Ram of Kothar and Fayaz Ahmd son of Mohd Rafiq of Larhey Khairi, district Udhampur who were arrested and bovine animals rescued.
An FIR number 123/14 Under Section 188/RPC stands registered at Manwal police post and investigation started.
