UDHAMPUR, July 24: A Lok Adalat was held in the District Court Complex here under the chairmanship of Ashok Kumar Koul, Principal, District and Sessions Judge.
During the Lok Adalat, a bench was constituted, which was headed by Ashok Kumar Koul, Principal, District and Sessions Judge, MK Sharma, Additional District and Sessions Judge and Advocate PK Jandial to deal with MACT cases.
A total of 11 cases were taken up and all were settled. An amount of Rs 7,30,000 was given as compensation in MACT cases.
