DODA, Sept 8: One person was killed, while two others were injured, when the Bolera load carrier they were traveling in, met with accident at Parhi, Tehsil Gundna, here today.
As per police sources, a Bolero load carrier bearing registration number JKO2AN- 4415 met with accident at Parhi Tehsil Gundna, today evening, resulting into on the spot death of one person and injuries to two others.
After getting information, police team rushed to the spot and after rescuing the injured persons, shifted them to District Hospital Doda, where their condition was stated to be stable.
The body of the deceased identified as Bashir Ahmed (32), son of Sultan Butt of Rehnote Gundna has been shifted to the mortuary of the District Hospital for autopsy, which will be conducted tomorrow.
The injured have been identified as Mohammad Yusuf Butt (driver), son of Abdul Gani Butt of Assisi and Ghulam Qadir Butt, son of Abdul Gaffar Butt of Dongru.
A case in this regard has been registered at Doda police station and investigation started.
