POONCH, June 8: One person was killed while another injured when a Tractor Trolley met with an accident in Degwar area in Poonch today.
Official sources said that an accident took place near Degwar bridge near Poonch on Monday. Two persons were on board the Tractor Trolley. While one person was killed on the spot another sustained serious injuries.
The dead body and the injured were shifted to District Hospital Poonch. The deceased was identified as Imtiaz Ahmed, son of Wali Mohd, resident of Degwar.
Medical Superintendent of DH Poonch, Dr Shafiq said that body was handed over to family for last rites through police, while the injured was undergoing treatment in hospital here. The police has taken cognizance of the matter.
