NEW DELHI, Apr 11: Zinc prices moved down by 0.16 per cent to Rs 123.20 per kg in futures market today as speculators offloaded their positions in tandem with a weak global trend.
At the Multi Commodity exchange, zinc for delivery in April moved down by 20 paise, or 0.16 per cent to Rs 123.20 per kg in business turnover of 299 lots.
Likewise, the metal for delivery in May traded lower by 15 paise, or 0.12 per cent to Rs 124.05 per kg in seven lots.
Marketmen said speculators offloaded their positions in tandem with a weak global trend mainly influenced zinc prices at futures trade. (PTI)
