JAMMU, Sept 15: Zeashta Devi Prabandhak Committee (ZDPC) which has given refuge to flood hit people in Valley today appealed the State Government and Army authorities to provide ration and other necessary items to the Committee as it is running short of ration to feed the flood hit people.
In a statement issued here, today the Committee said that the authorities should provide ration of all kinds to it on priority basis to enable the Committee to provide meals and other facilities to the people stranded in Kashmir Valley.
It also demanded that other committees which are rendering free services to flood hit people be also provided ration etc so that they can discharge this service properly.
