JAMMU, Aug 13: Yuva Rajput Sabha (YRS) today organized a grand function of Rajput community here at Patta Paloura where State Committee of YRS was announced by the core committee.
The function was attended by several biradari presidents, Sarpanchs, Panchs, Corporators, retired Government officials and several other dignitaries of Rajput Community.
In a simple but impressive function, core committee of the Sabha announced Surinder Singh as president of YRS, Sonu Langeh and Sanjeev Rakwal as vice-presidents, Yashpal Singh as general secretary and Karan Singh as secretary.
Addressing the gathering, core committee members of Sabha sought commitment from the newly elected State committee and also assured them full cooperation from the side of core committee for the smooth functioning of the Sabha.
Surinder Singh (Gilli), newly elected president of YRS assured that he along with the members of his team will leave no stone unturned for the upliftment of the Rajput Community. Surinder further said that he, in consultation with the members of core committee will soon expand and nominate office bearers for the smooth functioning of the Sabha.
Prominent among those who spoke on the occasion include Rajesh Singh, Rajinder Singh, Ranjeet Singh, Rajveer Singh, Raghubir Singh, Harnam Singh, Narinder Singh Sarpanch, Rajdev Singh Sarpanch, Kuldeep Singh Sarpanch, Nanha Sarpanch, Balwinder Singh, Rakesh Singh, Rajinder Singh Chib, Shamsher Singh and others.
