Yudhvir visits Pengali; takes stock of people’s problems

JAMMU, Mar 23: J&K BJP vice president, Yudhvir Sethi today visited Pengali village in Jagti and took stock of problems being faced by the people of the area.
The locals raised serious concern over the shortage of basic amenities like road connectivity, power cuts and irregular water supply etc. Pardeep Singh, Shiv Sharma, Pritam Thappa, Master Rattan, Master Ramesh, Madan Lal, Krishan Chand, Parkash Chand and Krishan Singh narrated their woes to BJP leader.
Sethi said people of Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory have lots of expectations from BJP and the party is also committed to the agenda of Sabka Sath Sabka Vikas and also to provide development to the masses at their doorsteps. He said that successive regimes headed by the NC and Congress did nothing for the people of J&K. He asserted that the general public has realized that only BJP can fulfil their dreams and aspirations.
The senior BJP leader said that eight years of Modi rule in the country has shown the people that it is only BJP which can fulfil aspirations of the nationalist people because the parties which used to rule J&K in last 70 years have compromised the interests of the country and the common masses a number of times.
Sethi said that the party is fully committed to address the problems being faced by the people of Jammu and Kashmir. He asked people of the area to support the BJP in the upcoming polls for overall and equitable development of the UT.
