JAMMU Mar 3:Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) State general secretary, Yudhvir Sethi along with former Minister & BJP spokesperson, Priya Sethi, former MLA Rajesh Gupta, district Prabhari, Jugal Dogra, district president, Baldev Singh Billoria,Corporator, Anil Masoom, Viney Gupta, Gopal Khandari,Sunil Dogra, Ramesh Mahajan, Kartar Mahajan today honoured veteran soldiers and said that it’s because of their valour and sacrifices that nation progresses and becomes prosperous.
Since the soldiers guard borders nation carries it’s activities in most peaceful manner. Those honoured today were Ex Servicemen, Sardar Gursharan Singh, Gurmaz Singh, Satish Sharma & Sudarshan Singh.
Speaking on the occasion, Yudhvir Sethi said that the recent sacrifices of CRPF soldiers at Pulwama are also an eye opener for enemy that India can’t tolerate any such misadventure on its soil. He said India has avenged Pulwama attack and also send a message that “we are strong and morale of soldiers is always high”.
Yudhvir said that the ex-soldiers have worked in most harsh and hostile conditions. None other than Prime Minister, Narendra Modi recognized their sacrifices and built a war memorial at Delhi so that nation will never forget their martyrdom.
Former MoS and BJP spokesperson, Priya Sethi expressed her gratitude towards the contribution of Ex-Servicemen in guarding the security and territorial integrity of the nation. She said that nation would always remain indebted to them.
Ex MLA, Rajesh Gupta, while speaking on the occasion said that BJP is a party with difference and its mission is nation building and its mantra is Sab ka Saath -Sab ka vikaas. He added that the Ex-Servicemen are the back bone of the country.
