UDHAMPUR, Mar 3: J & K ReT Teachers’ Forum held a monthly meeting, here today, under the presidium of State president Vinod Sharma and District president Lekh Raj Parihar.
In the meeting, which was attended by a number of teachers of the District, various burning issues were discussed and leaders of the Forum assured that every issue of the cadre including that of Undergraduate Issue, regularization of Un-regularised ReTs and salary from State budget will be resolved at the earliest.
Vinod Sharma, while speaking, urged the Governor’s administration to issue the order regarding the implementation of 7th Pay Commission in favour of Undergraduate teachers who are also working with dedication in far flung areas for last more than 15 years so that they may not suffer any more .
State Chief Coordinator Sukhdev Singh Sumbria urged the Director School Education Jammu to also issue the orders of teachers grade 2 in favour of graduate RRETs who are left out due to non availability of post facto permission , and also urged to initiate the process for regularization of un-regularised ReTs who are waiting for the same for a long time .
District president Lekh Raj Parihar appealed the teachers to have faith on the Forum, which is making all possible efforts to get each and every issue resolved.
Others, who also spoke on the occasion, included Sham Sharma, Sukesh Khajuria, Ashok Seth, Pritam Goswami , Ravinder Singh, Bhushan Khajuria, Sandeep Sharma, Ajay Thakur , Shamsher Singh, Susheel Singh, Vipin Sharma, Viney Sharma, Anil Sharma, Sham Singh and Sudesh Kumar.
