‘BJP true representative of people’

JAMMU, June 6: Yudhvir Sethi, vice president BJP J&K today asserted that BJP is committed to provide basic amenities to people’s doorsteps whether they are living in urban or far-off rural hamlets.
He said this while listening to the grievances of people hailing from Sandhi, Ragoora, Jagti, Old City, New Plot and other areas of East constituency during a public grievances camp held here at Pt Prem Nath Bhawan Kacchi Chawni.
Suresh Salgotra vice president, BJP OBC, J&K, Raman Sharma, president Amphalla Mandal, Abdul Mehmood vice president, West, Khalid Malik, Raja Ji and Ajay Singh accompanied Yudhvir Sethi during the camp.
Several issues related to water, power, non-availability of Government ration, verification of land titles, transformer issues, electric poles, street lights, repair of lanes/ roads, job and pension issues, etc. were raised by the people of aforesaid areas.
While listening the issues put forth by general public, Yudhvir assured that BJP’s sole aim is to serve the people as this party is not just a political outfit rather its inception has turned out to be a people’s movement to ensure that every Indian could live a life full of dignity and pride with all the basic amenities reaching at his or her doorsteps.
Yudhvir resolved most of the issues telephonically and assured to resolve the rest of the issues by taking up the matter with the authorities concerned. He said that people of Jammu region have always supported the party and looking after their concerns and issues is the foremost priority of the party.
The senior BJP leader has assured that all the issues will be taken up on priority and those raised during the camp will be mitigated sooner than later. He said that BJP is the true representative of people of Jammu region and the party is committed to end their miseries related to basic amenities.
