JAMMU, Nov 5: A youth got serious burn injuries in a fire incident that took place this evening at his residence in Hiranagar area of Kathua district.
According to a police spokesperson, the youth identified as Lucky Singh (27) son of Pak Singh, a resident of Hiranagar received 90% burn injuries in the fire mishap. However, it was not known how the mishap occurred, he added.
The victim has been shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), Jammu, where his condition is stated to be critical.
The concerned police has taken cognizance of the matter.
