JAMMU, Jan 11: A young man today made an abortive attempt on his life by consuming some poisonous substance at his residence in Keran area falling under the limits of police post Chinore.
According to a police spokesperson, the youth identified as Sunil Kumar (26) son of Ram Lal, a resident of Keran allegedly tried to end his life by consuming some poisonous substance at his residence. The family members immediately rushed him to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), Jammu for treatment.
The concerned police has taken cognizance of the matter.
