Youth found hanging; 3 injured in road mishaps

UDHAMPUR, Sept 10: Mystery shrouded death of a young man who was found hanging from a tree in forest area near Blaspur Majalta while three persons were injured in two road mishaps.
Reports said that one Parshotam Kumar (27), son of Ram Dass of Blaspur Majalta was found hanging from a tree in a jungle by the locals who informed the Police. The body was apparently hanging for the last four days.
Police shifted the body to hospital for postmortem and registered a case in this connection under Section 174  CrPC for further investigation.
Meanwhile, in two separate road mishaps, three persons were injured.
Reports said that late last night a Motorcycle bearing number JK14D/5014 skidded off the road on the National Highway near Hanuman Mandir Flata resulting into injuries to the rider and his pillion rider. The injured were identified as Gulam Ali (40) son of Mohd Bashir of Chenani, Udhampur and Mohommad Rafiq (47) son of Muhummad Bashir of Chenani Udhampur. They have been admitted in District Hospital Udhampur.
In a separate accident, a motorcyclist was injured when his bike JK02AB-4658 skidded off the road on the National Highway near GHSS Tikri. The injured was identified as Angrez Singh, son of Chamel Singh of Nagrota Jammu. He was admitted in PHC Tikri.
