REASI, Apr 21: A youth today committed suicide by hanging himself at his residence in Thuroo under the jurisdiction of Arnas Police Station.
The deceased was identified as Mohd Akram (22), son of Abdul Ghani of Thuroo. He hanged himself with the ceiling fan hook around 11.30 a.m. He was spotted hanging by the family members who shifted him to hospital where doctors declared him as brought dead.
Cause behind the extreme step could not be ascertained while Police has registered a case in this connection for further investigations.
