UDHAMPUR, Feb 5: In an apparent case of suicide, a youth was found hanging from ceiling fan hook in his house at village Phangyal, Battal Ballian Udhampur.
According to the police report, Pankaj Singh (22), son of Lt Rangeel Singh, resident of Phangyal Battal Ballian Udhampur, was found hanging from a ceiling fan hook in his house under mysterious circumstances.
Family members who saw him hanging, immediately called the Police, which rushed to the spot and took the dead body to District Hospital Udhampur for the postmortem.
Udhampur police have registered the case and further investigation is going on.
