KATHUA, July 15: A youth was duped off Rs 20,000 in cash while traveling by a SRTC bus from New Delhi to Billawar last night.
According to reports Pawan Kumar, 30 of Billawar who was traveling through a SRTC bus to his hometown from New Delhi last night was seen lying unconscious by the conductor of the bus at Billawar early this morning when he tried to ask him to get down from the bus as he had reached his destination.
The conductor informed the police who took the youth to hospital. In his statement the youth informed Police that he was given some thing to eat by some fellow travelers in the bus and he felt unconscious since then. He said that he had Rs 20,000 in cash with him which was also snatched by them.
The police ahs registered a case.
