UDHAMPUR, July 22: A youth riding a Scooty was knocked to death when an unidentified vehicle hit him at Suketar near Kud, late last night.
The deceased was identified as Rohit Dubey (23), son of Bhagwan Dass of Sallain Talab Udhampur. He sustained critical injuries and reportedly died on the spot when an unidentified vehicle hit his Scooty JK14C-4514.
Meanwhile, a male body was found under mysterious circumstances from Chompar Nallah Jaganoo. Identity of the deceased was established as Santosh Kumar of Utter Pradesh.
Police have registered cases and started further investigations.
