JAMMU, Mar 26: Jammu and Kashmir Youth Congress today extended support to the Government of India to eradicate coronavirus from the country.
Uday Chib, president J&K Youth Congress initiated sanitation and disinfectant spray in the Paloura area of Ward No 60 of Jammu city in view of containing the effect of this viral outbreak.
He appealed to the people of Jammu and Kashmir to take all precautionary measures to stop spreading of COVID-19 and also urged to people not to get panic.
Chib urged the administration to immediately restore 4G mobile internet connectivity in J&K to its optimal level so that people under lockdown may not face any kind of difficulty or delay in getting updated information regarding coronavirus.
He said restoring 4G internet is the prime necessity at present, as people need to get connected for information on coronavirus contagion, official circulars and orders, world scenario, study of children, medical aid, treatment and precautions besides maintaining contact with families.
Chib asserted that this is not the right time to play blame game and appealed to the people to get united leaving aside the party politics and take all appropriate preventive measures to fight against noval virus.
Uday appealed the Lt Governor to come up with a concrete relief measures for the large section of the society, whose livelihood got affected by restrictions imposed by the authorities in view of the Coronovirus outbreak.
