UDHAMPUR, Sept 6: A youth committed suicide by hanging himself from ceiling fan hook in his house at village Battal Morh in Majalta.
The deceased was identified as Praveen Kumar (22) son of Rattan Lal of village Sui, Battal Morh, Majalta, District Udhampur. He was found hanging from the ceiling fan hook under mysterious circumstances. Family member saw him hanging and immediately shifted him to Primary Health Center (PHC) Majalta where doctors declared him as brought dead.
Cause behind the extreme step could not be ascertained while Police has registered a case in this connection for further investigation.
