UDHAMPUR, Aug 29: A youth committed suicide by hanging himself from ceiling fan hook at his house in Adarsh Colony Udhampur.
According to the police report, Harday (18), son of Sanjay Kumar of Adarsh Colony, Ward number 3 Udhampur, was found hanging from ceiling fan hook at his house, late last night.
Cause of provocation behind the extreme step could not be ascertained while Police has registered a case for further investigation.
After postmortem and other legal formalities, the dead body was handed over to the family members for last rites.
