JAMMU, Aug 28: A youth was booked for eve-teasing in Gugnoo Nagrota, falling under Billawar police Station, today.
As per police sources, a youth identified as Parveen Kumar of Gura Karayal was allegedly caught from Higher Secondary School, Gugnoo Nagrota, Billawar on the charges of eve-teasing.
Parveen Kumar entered Higher Secondary School and started creating nuisance by indulging in eve-teasing girls in the school premises. The girls present raised alarm and with the help of school administration informed the police. He tried to escape from the spot, but was later apprehended.
Meanwhile, police registered the case under Section 294/ 336 RPC in this regard.
