UDHAMPUR, Sept 8: A young man committed suicide by consuming some poisonous substance at his house in Battlal Ballian, Udhampur.
The deceased has been identified as Ravi Kumar (30), son of Mansa Ram. He was lying unconscious and the family members shifted him to District Hospital Udhampur. However, he did not respond to the treatment and died.
Some family trouble is believed to be cause behind the extreme step.
Police has registered a case in this connection for further investigation.
