JAMMU, Nov 15: Raja Yaqoob Farooq an IRS-IT 2014 batch officer has been posted as Additional Secretary, Power Development Department.
According to the order, Farooq, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department (GAD), has been posted as Additional Secretary, PDD and he will also hold the additional charge of Managing Director, J&K Power Development Corporation Limited (JKPDCL) relieving Rohit Kansal of the additional charge of the post.
