JAMMU, May 27: To seek political empowerment and reservation for displaced Kashmiri Pandits (KPs) in the State Assembly and in Parliament House, Youth All India Kashmiri Samaj (YAIKS) has nominated 46 coordinators, who will represent 46 Assembly Segments of all the 10 districts of Kashmir Valley, they originally belong.
All the 46 coordinators have taken oath in presence of Padamshri Dr KN Pandita, HN Jatti, Justice BL Saraf, PL Koul Badgami, Swami Kumar Ji, Uttpal Koul, Murarji Koul, DN Bhat, BL Dhar and BK Bhat.
In Anantnag district, Manoj Handoo has been nominated as Coordinator for Anantnag assembly segment, Sunil Koul for Doru, Sunita Bhat for Kokernag, Sanjay Kumar Bhat for Shangus, Rakesh Fotedar for Bijbehara and Amit Raina for Pahalgam.
In Kulgam district, Sheetal Zutshi has been nominated as Coordinator for Noorabad assembly segment, Deepak Raina for Kulgam, Amit Raina for Homshali Bagh and Simi Bhat for Devsar, whereas in Pulwama district, Sushil Dhar has been nominated as Coordinator for Tral assembly segment, Neeraj Koul for Pampore, Vimal Koul for Pulwama and Pooja Koul for Rajpura.
In Shopian district, Shakuntla Bhat has been nominated as Coordinator for Wachi assembly segment and Rahul Koul for Shopian, whereas in Budgam district, Roop Krishan Bhat has been nominated as Coordinator for Chadoora assembly segment, Sunil Koul for Badgam, Purnima Pandita Tickoo for Beerwah, Amit Bhat for Khan Sahib and Kamal Krishan Bhat for Charar-e-Sharief.
In Srinagar district, Vipan Kachroo has been nominated as Coordinator for Hazratbal assembly segment, Subashni Radhika Raina for Zadibal, Pushpa Uppal for Eidgah, Ashwani Kak for Khanyar, Ajay Safaya for Habbakadal, Virinder Kotwal for Amirakadal, Ravinder Raina for Sonwar and Vinay Koul for Batamaloo.
In Ganderbal district, Rajinder Kumar has been nominated as Coordinator for Kangan assembly segment and Rakesh Roshan Bhat for Ganderbal, whereas in Bandipora district, Sandeep Koul, Rajni Raina and Kuldeep Raina were nominated as Coordinators for Gurez, Bandipora and Sonawari assembly segments respectively.
In Baramulla district, Kaushalya Zutshi, Rakesh Krishan Pandita, Sanjay Kumar Ganjoo, Dilip Pandita, Kamal Tak, Naresh Kumar and Deepak Kumar Kher were nominated as Coordinators for Uri, Rafiabad, Sopore, Sangrama, Baramulla, Gulmarg and Pattan assembly segments respectively.
In Kupwara district, Sumit Raina, Dileep Kumar Bhat, Ajay Pandita, Anil Raina and Vinod Kumar have been nominated as Coordinators for Karnah, Kupwara, Lolab, Handwara and Langate assembly segments respectively.
