‘Yagurved Parayan Yagya’ starts at Arya Samaj Rehari

JAMMU, Aug 7: The weeklong spiritual programme of ‘Yagurved Parayan Yagya’ started here today at Arya Samaj Rehari Colony.
Renowned seer, Swami Sachidanand Saraswati Ji of Jaipur (Rajasthan) will daily enlighten the gathering in morning and evening with Vedic sermons during this weeklong programme while Pandit Kuldeep Arya of Bijnor (UP) will mesmerize the devotees with his devotional songs.
Pandit Chain Lal will be assisted by Pandit Vikas Samvedi in performing the Yagya daily.
As part of PM Modi’s programme of Har Ghar Tiranga, distribution of National Flag was also done on this occasion by Arun Chowdhary, president of J&K Arya Pratinidhi Sabha and Vibodh Gupta, BJP leader and former MLC after they hoisted the Tricolour in the premises of Arya Samaj.
Earlier, a Prabhat Pheri was taken out yesterday in which the devotees moved through the streets of Rehari Colony singing devotional songs.
President of Arya Samaj Rehari, Jagdish Gupta informed that from Monday (August 8, 2022) to Saturday (August 13, 2022) there will be a daily programme of Yagya, Vedic sermons and devotional songs from 6:30 am to 9:30 am while in evening similar programme will be there from 4 pm to 7 pm.
On Sunday (August 14, 2022) the programme will start at 8 am and will culminate at 1 pm after which Rishi Langar will be served among the devotees.
Kuldeep Gupta, former president of Arya Samaj Rehari, Arun Kumar Gupta, Arvind Gupta and other prominent persons were also present on the occasion.
Organisers have invited people from different sections of the society to come and join the spiritual programme to get enlightened with Vedic knowledge.
