JAMMU, Mar 7: A woman today sustained burn injuries while cooking food at her temporary residence in RS Pura.
A police spokesperson said that a woman identified as Susheel Devi (35) wife of Koushal and resident of Chhattisgarh (at present RS Pura) was cooking food when a mysterious fire broke out in the kitchen of her house.
He said the woman was immediately shifted by the family members to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), Jammu, where her condition was stated to be stable. The woman received about 35 % injuries in the mishap.
The concerned police has taken cognizance of the matter.
