UDHAMPUR, Mar 30: A woman allegedly ended her life by hanging herself with fan hook in Tamatar Morh area, falling under the jurisdiction of Kud Police Station, a police official said.
The deceased has been identified as Usha Devi (31), wife of Tara Chand, a resident of Tamatar Morh.
After conducting postmortem at Sub District Hospital Chenani, the body has been handed over to legal heirs for last rites.
Inquest proceedings under Section 174 CrPC has been initiated by Kud Police.
