RAMBAN, June 17: A woman died under mysterious circumstances at her residence in Faliti area of Maitra, here today.
As per police sources, a woman identified as Kajal Devi (25), wife of Pawan Kumar was found unconscious at her residence in Faliti area of Maitra here.
Family members shifted the lady to District Hospital Ramban, where she failed to respond to the treatment and breathed her last.
After completing medical and legal formalities, the body of the deceased lady was handed over to legal heirs for last rites.
Inquest proceeding under section 174 CrPC has been initiated by Ramban Police to ascertain the reason behind the death.
