JAMMU, Sept 21: A 45-year-old woman allegedly died due to consumption of some poisonous substance at her residence in Domana area of city outskirts.
“Sushma, wife of Parveen Singh of Machine Domana was admitted to Government Medical College at about 5:30 AM today after she consumed some poisonous substance at her home,” Police sources said.
They said the woman died during her treatment in the Hospital at about 7:50 AM. “After postmortem, the body of the deceased was handed over to her legal heirs for last rites while Domana Police had taken cognizance of the matter.
