SAMBA, Dec 16: A woman consumed some poisonous substance under mysterious circumstances at her home in Ward No 10 here, today.
She has been identified as Anjal Devi, 28, wife of Mohan Lal resident of Ward No 10 Arazi Samba.
Police said woman consumed some poisonous substance under mysterious circumstances at her home today morning and soon started vomiting.
On seeing her in a critical condition the family members immediately brought her to District Hospital Samba where doctors cleaned her stomach and then referred her to Government Medical College and Hospital Jammu for further treatment.
In this regard police has taken cognizance of the matter and started investigation.
