JAMMU, Jan 25: Bagh-e-Bahu Police arrested three persons including a lady wanted in different cases.
As per police sources, a team from Police Station Bagh-e-Bahu under the supervision of SHO Bagh-e-Bahu Inspector Arjun Chib apprehended two absconders wanted in a case registered under FIR Number 29/2015 under Sections 451, 323, 147 and 148 RPC.
The arrested persons were identified as Amjad Hussian, son of Khushal Ahmed of Kashwan Tehsil Kokernag District Anantnag and Abdul Majid, son of Mohammad Iqbal of Raja Pura Tehsil Kokernag District Anantnag.
Meanwhile, similar team also apprehended a lady absconder, who was wanted in a case registered under FIR Number 33/2010 under Section 379 IPC with Police Station Bagh-e-Bahu.
The arrested lady was identified as Shamima Akhter, wife of Mohd Rafiq, a resident of Qamarwari Srinagar, at present Staff Quarter Distance Education Quarter.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
