Those who 'strangled' Constitution now talking about saving it: Adityanath slams opposition

PRAYAGRAJ, Sep 4 : Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Wednesday warned the miscreants that if anyone casts an evil eye on a girl, he will not be able to walk on his feet.
While addressing the people at Swami Vivekananda Youth Empowerment Employment and Loan Distribution Fair organised at IFFCO, located at Phulpur, about 35 km from the headquarters, the CM said that if anyone tries to lay hands on a girl walking on the road, his hands and legs will be separated.
“People who cast an evil eye on girls will not be spared. The procession will be taken out at the intersections,” he said.
He said that the government is committed to providing security and respect to all. “We will not spare the criminals in any way,” he said.
Yogi inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of projects worth about Rs 650 crores. About 90 companies had come to the employment fair. He also distributed laptops and smart phones to 10,000 students.
He gave laptops and smart phones to some students from the stage with his own hands. He said that it is the government’s responsibility to provide security to every daughter.
The CM said that the government will provide security to every businessman. “I had already said that if the mafia tries to raise its head, we will crush it. I have come to say that those who are making big announcements are the same people who used to bow down before the mafia. They used to bow down before the rioters. It takes courage to run a bulldozer. Will these people who bow down before the rioters and mafias run a bulldozer? They will get a heart attack on seeing a bulldozer,” he said.
He said, “We had told people earlier also that we will not spare crime and criminals. We will work on the policy of zero tolerance. We will provide security and respect to everyone. We will develop everyone, but, if someone tries to touch a girl walking on the road, then his hands and legs will be separated.”
Yogi said that these mafias had killed Raju Pal. “Raju Pal was from a poor family. He had become an MLA. But, with what cruelty he was murdered. At that time they were not remembering anything, they were worried about their chair. Poor people like Raju Pal are killed,” he said.
He said, “People like Umesh Pal are killed. These are the people who instigate conflict in the name of caste. Today they are talking about all kinds of things. They are again daring to do all kinds of announcements as per their whims. These are the same people who are dreaming of becoming Tipu Sultan again. It was this Tipu who used to create an identity crisis for you by bowing in front of the mafia. He used to keep these mafias as a necklace around his neck.”
The CM said that one needs courage to drive a bulldozer. “Will these people who bow in front of rioters and mafias drive a bulldozer? They will get a heart attack on seeing a bulldozer,” he said.
He said that there have been no riots in our government. “Earlier, there used to be riots for months. Has there been any riot in the last seven and a half years of our government. Earlier, there used to be major riots. Will anyone be able to instigate a riot now? What is the cost of rioting, when their posters are put up, seven generations will be charged for it. Now the rioters have forgotten how to riot. These mafias are the curse of society,” he said.
Yogi said that whoever messes with the youth will be sent to jail.”We have freed the land of the mafia in Prayagraj and built houses for the poor. We will provide facilities to different sections of society. There should be a passion to work,” he said.
He said that if one does good work, then the person gets respect. “The name of our city, district, is famous. A new identity is obtained. If you go somewhere and say that you are from Prayagraj and Phulpur, then people will respect you. Was this respect given before 2017?,” he said. (UNI)
