JAMMU, Mar 29: Several Government officers and officials who are retiring from active Government services on March 31, 2014, were given warm and affectionate send off by their officers and colleagues at different functions organized to bid them farewell.
The ASDDC Samba, Syed Anwar Hussain, was given a warm send off on his superannuation at a function which was attended by the members of various departments and officials from district administration. DDC Samba, R K Varma wished him a happy and healthy post retirement life.
Staff and officers of Health Department accorded affectionate farewell to Krishan Lal at a function organized in the premises of CMO Udhampur. Dr Arun Sharma, CMO, was the chief guest. Among others Deputy CMO Dr Santosh Sharma, Dr Son Singh and other officers and officials were also present on the occasion.
J&K Non-Gazetted Handicrafts Employees Association, Rajouri, organized a function to bid farewell at Romeshwar Sharma, Handicrafts Training Officer Rajouri on his superannuation today. Those who spoke on the occasion included Pritam Sharma, Mohd Jabbar, Kuldeep Singh, Tilak Raj, Talat Mohd Bhat, Nagesh Sharma, Talib Hussain etc. All wished him happy and healthy life after retirement.
Divisional Administration Kashmir today accorded warm and affectionate adieu to Additional Commissioner Kashmir Hafeez-ulla Qadiri on his superannuation. The speakers lauded the dedication and sincerity of the retiree and wished him a healthy and prosperous post retirement life.
Affectionate farewell was accorded to Ghulam Mohd Dhobi, Abdul Gani Lone commentators and Abdul Rehman, chauffeur of Field Publicity unit of Information Department, Kashmir Division, on their retirement. Field Publicity Officer Mohammad Akbar Khan applauded the sincere and dedicated services of retirees and wished them happy, healthy and prosperous post retirement life.
Directorate of Health Services Jammu organized a function to bid farewell to Dr Zahoor Ahmed Rana, Divisional Nodel Officer Jammu and S Jagjit Singh, SO, STO Office DHS Jammu who are going to superannuate on March 31, 2014. The farewell was given in the presence of Dr Baljeet Singh Pathania, Director Health Services Jammu and other senior officers of the Department.
