Warm send off accorded to retirees

JAMMU, Mar 31: Divisional Commissioner Kashmir Pandurang K Pole today bade farewell to Additional Commissioner Kashmir, Bilal Ahmad Bhat on his superannuation. On the occasion, a small and graceful programme was organized by the Divisional Commissioner office. Wishing good luck to the retiring officer, the Divisional Commissioner appreciated him for his dedication and tireless work during his 35 years of service. Additional Commissioner, Tasaduq Hussain Mir, AC Central, Aziz Ahmad were also present.
A farewell function was organized today in District Court Kathua to bid adieu to Pawan Dev Kotwal, Principal District & Sessions Judge Kathua, on his superannuation. Justice Sanjeev Kumar was the chief guest of the function. All judicial officers of Kathua district participated in the function.
Department of Information and Public Relations, Jammu division accorded affectionate farewell to its officials Bodh Raj and Shashi Paul Sharda on their superannuation. Joint Director Information Jammu, Namrita Dogra; Deputy Director Information (PR), Minakshi Vaid; Deputy Director (HQ), Dr Rehana Akhtar Bijli; Cultural Officer, Parul Khajuria and other senior officers/officials were present on the occasion.The speakers highlighted the role of officials during their service and wished them a healthy and happy post retirement life.
Staff and officers of Directorate of Agriculture, Jammu accorded warm and affectionate farewell to Manzoor Ahmad Nazki, Joint Director Agriculture (Mushroom & Apiculture Development) Jammu and Shailo Ram, Section Officer (Establishment), Directorate of Agriculture Jammu who retired today after rendering more than 36 years of service to the Department.
Director Agriculture Production & Farmers Welfare, Jammu, K K Sharma, speaking on the occasion, wished the retirees a very healthy and prosperous post retirement life. Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology-Jammu (SKUAST-J) accorded a warm farewell to the retiring Professor Hafeez Ahmad, Head, Division of Entomology, Sharmila Khajuria (Head Assistant), Mangat Ram (FCLA) and Krishan Lal (Mali), at a function held here at Baba Jitto Auditorium at SKUAST-J Chatha. The function was organized under the dynamic leadership of Prof J P Sharma, Vice Chancellor, SKUAST Jammu.
Yash Paul Koushal who was working as Additional Treasury Officer in Sadder Treasury, Jammu office retired today. Ashok Kumar Khajuria Sadder Treasury Officer Jammu and other staff members extended their best wishes to the retiring officer for his post retirement life.
Sarvjeet Singh, Assistant Engineer (Mechanical Engineer Department) retired today from the office of Chief Engineer after rendering 38 years of services to the Department. All his family members and colleagues wished him happy and healthy retired life.

A send off party was organised by the staff of Government High School (GHS) Katal Battal Nagrota (Jammu) in the honour of Devinder Singh (Hea-dmaster) who attained his superannuation today. The staff members appreciated his services to the Education Department and presented him a gift as token of love.
Ghulam Ali Wani, Headmaster GHS Drubeel, who attained his superannuation after rendering 34 years of service to Department of Education, was given a touching adieu by the staff members, PRI members of Horna Drubeel and students of the institution at institution. Social Welfare Department Doda accorded warm send off to Head Assistant Mohinder Singh on attaining the age of superannuation, at a simple but impressive function.
