SRINAGAR:
Security forces unearthed a militant hide out and recovered war-like stores, including automatic weapons and grenades, near Line of Control (LoC) in the frontier district of Kupwara, official sources said here today.
They said troops on a routine patrolling unearthed a militant hideout at Trehgam in Kupwara district. The recovery included two ak rifles, ten magazines, RPGs, grenade and other war-like stores. However, no one was arrested as militants had escaped after dumping the arms and ammunition in the hideout, they said. (AGENCIES)
