UDHAMPUR, June 24: A demonstration against PHE was held outside the office of Deputy Commissioner Udhampur by the people of Village Rasnot, Tehsil Ramnagar Distt. Udhampur under the leadership of Dev Raj.
Demonstrators were protesting against the scarcity of drinking water and irregular supply in their area. They were raising slogans against PHE authorities.
In his address Dev Raj said that people of the village Rasnot were facing scarcity of drinking water and several time this problem was brought into the knowledge of Concerned authorities of PHE Department. Protestors listed their grievances into the notice of ADC, who assured appropriate action and gave necessary instructions to the authorities concerned of PHE Department.
