Vijay Aima asks KP leaders to work jointly

JAMMU, Nov 25: On his visit to Jammu President All India Kashmiri Samaj (AIKS),  Vijay Aima along with his team participated in number of Kashmiri Pandit programmes.
He held interactive sessions with KP Sabha, JKNM, ASKPC, Prem Nath Bhat Memorial Trust, delegation from Jagti, and Kashmiri Pandit Youth.
Vijay Aima responded to some important issues raised earlier and spoke about  host of initiatives undertaken by AIKS for the youth of Jammu which include skill training, education, career counselling, sports etc for which a portal AIKS.org has been developed aiming at wholesome growth and prosperity of the youth particularly those from deprived sections of society who lack proper exposure.
In his different discussions with representatives of some organisations Mr  Aima stressed on the need of collective responsibility of the leadership and working together on the issues which can be highlighted and addressed to.
He assured them that he would work laboriously for the points raised like solving the burning issues of the displaced youth employed under Prime Minister’s Relief and Rehabilitation plan, highlighting the need for immediate filing up of the posts which were left out, working on the overage-youth for their rights, working jointly on the long pending demands of the community vis a vis giving minority and internally displaced status.
He also appreciated the efforts of Prem Nath Bhat Memorial Trust for picking up the sole issue of Temples and Shrines and assured all support to them in their struggle. Aima was all praise for the sustained survival under hostile conditions of Pandits and assured the community members living in Jagti Township for working for the solution of their burning day-to-day problems.
The visit of  Aima was towards the executive meet with the K P Sabha Ambphlla which he termed as historic, fruitful, and of course meaningful. The discussion on coming programme supposedly to be held in January was highly focussed towards the Permanent Rehabilitation of Kashmiri Pandits.
The representatives of different organisations who held deliberations with  Aima include K K Khosa, Advocate Ravinder Raina, Dr K N Pandita, Dr Arjan Nath Pandita and T K Ganjoo, a well known social activist. From Delhi  Vijay Aima was accompanied by senior vice presidents, general secretary, secretaries’ and executive members. The Jammu based AIKS leaders Vijay Kashkari, A K Raina and Aryan Ramesh were also present in these meetings.
